Dr. Jesse Baker has a PhD in Environmental Policy and Design from the University of California at Irvine. He’s committed his career to aid and development in developing nations. He’s the founder of Framewrx International, a non-profit organization which works in direct partnership with local community leaders thriving to achieve sustained and scalable outcomes at the grassroots level. His work is committed to addressing inequities in developing nations with respect to environmental resources and the exploitation of such resources.
