Episode 10: Set the intention for 2019

Welcome to the tenth episode of Phenomenal Woman Wednesdays! I’m so excited for what 2019 will bring! To help set the intention for the new year, I’d like to share some tips on how I set my goals for the year.

  • The steps I take:
  • Identify key areas of focus. Mine are as follows:
    • Finance
    • Fitness
    • Professional
    • Family
    • Marriage
  • Identify the over arching goal you wish to achieve during 2019
  • Identify quarterly goals to help achieve the annual goal
  • Identify monthly goals to facilitate achieving the quarterly goals
  • Monthly progress report to determine if any adjustments need to be made to meet he quarterly goal
  • Quarterly progress report – I maintain the progress reports in my agenda

There are many agendas out there to consider. I personally use a Louis Vuitton Agenda in the personal size (medium) so that I may take it with me on the go without much burden. I buy my inserts from ETSY. I’ve linked various agenda/planner options to consider.
